Job Duties

  • Prepares meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
  • Comply with certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety Training
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas in accordance with State Board of Health regulations
  • Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening of the restaurant
  • Know the location and operation of all safety equipment
  • Assist in storage and rotation of food items according to hotel procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio
  • Perform other duties as assigned
