Job Duties

  • Prepares meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
  • Comply with certification requirements such as Food Handlers Safety Training
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas as per State Board of Health regulations
  • Complete food and station preparations before restaurant opening
  • Know the location and operation of safety equipment
  • Assist in storage and rotation of food items following hotel procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio
  • Perform other duties as assigned
