This job opportunity is for a Full-Time Food and Beverage team member located at 600 Stockton St, San Francisco, California. The position is non-management and offers an hourly pay of $37.58. The role centers on supporting banquet and buffet service operations with meticulous attention to food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction, aligned with The Ritz-Carlton's renowned "standards of gold." The employee will be instrumental in maintaining quality, operational efficiency, and excellent service delivery during banquets and buffets.

The responsibilities include preparing dishes and trays appropriately for banquets; organizing and operating buffet stations; carving meats as requested by guests; ensuring adequate product supply at banquets and buffets; using various kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, microwaves, and fryers; portioning and prepping ingredients including washing, peeling, weighing, and mixing; adhering to recipe standards for food preparation and presentation; and conducting quality control checks for food readiness and overall standards. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment, complying with safety policies, reporting incidents, and participating in mandatory safety training and certifications.

Beyond technical skills, this role demands a professional appearance, proactive service orientation anticipating guests' needs, clear and professional communication with team members, and a collaborative spirit to achieve common service objectives. Job Duties
