Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year related work experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Basic kitchen safety knowledge
- Adherence to company policies and safety protocols
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently
- Monitor food quality during preparation
- Set-up and break down the work station
- Serve food in proper portions onto appropriate receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Check and ensure the correctness of appliance and food temperatures
- Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company assets and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to concerns
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, reaching, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
