Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • at least 2 years of cooking experience in a hotel or similar setting
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • valid Arizona Food Handlers License

Job Duties

  • work all kitchen stations
  • make soups and sauces per recipes
  • work the line along with main kitchen and banquet production
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist with inventory and stock control
  • collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation
