Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent hotel cooking experience
  • Minimum two years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Valid Arizona Food Handlers License required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to perform all basic cooking tasks
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic cooking skills
  • Capability to work a single station in the kitchen
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Valid Arizona Food Handlers License

Job Duties

  • Prepare soups and sauces per recipes
  • Work all kitchen stations effectively
  • Operate the line during meal service
  • Support Main Kitchen operations
  • Assist in Banquet Production
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members
