Job Requirements
- some high school education
- food handler certification as required locally or municipally, acquired at applicant’s own expense
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
- effective verbal communication skills
- adaptability to dynamic work environment
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
