With nearly 2,800 locations worldwide, Panda is renowned for delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences with a strong emphasis on family values and community impact. The company prides itself on building an organization where employees are inspired to improve their lives while fostering a welcoming and vibrant environment for guests. Panda's core mission revolves around creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride, making their restaurants the heart and soul of the business.

The role of Shift Lead at Panda is a pivotal position within the team, acting as a key leader who supports restaurant management and actively contributes to bringing Panda's mission to life during each shift. As a Shift Lead, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a lively and pleasant atmosphere for guests while managing store operations efficiently. By embracing this central role, you will also acquire a diverse range of skills essential for personal development and for mentoring team members. The role involves maintaining high standards in food safety and customer service, motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and navigating the dynamic challenges of a busy restaurant setting. This position not only cultivates professional growth but also allows you to contribute meaningfully to a well-established and rapidly expanding brand dedicated to excellence and community values.
