In this role, you will lead by example, managing store operations during your shift, supporting the team, and preparing favorite dishes that keep our guests coming back. You will learn the essentials of running store operations while ensuring that all health and safety standards, including local and municipal food safety certifications, are met. The role requires hands-on involvement, including cooking and food preparation, which provides a comprehensive understanding of our business and a firm foundation for career advancement within Panda Restaurant Group.

At Panda, we believe that people are at the heart of our success, and this position offers a unique blend of operational leadership and guest engagement. The role demands resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment. Additionally, this role requires adherence to safety protocols in a kitchen setting where noise and temperature can be demanding.
