Founded in Glendale, California in 1983, Panda has grown to nearly 2,800 locations globally, making it a leader in delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences. The company values family-oriented principles and is dedicated to fostering an organization where people are inspired to better their lives, whether through the communities they serve or the teams they cultivate within their restaurants. Known for its commitment to high-quality food, outstanding service, and vibrant ambiance, Panda Restaurant Group continues to expand while maintaining its core values and close-knit culture.

The Shift Lead role at Panda Restaurant Group is an essential position that supports the daily operations of the restaurant while helping to bring the company’s mission to life. This role places you in a central leadership position within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where teamwork, passion, and hospitality are the foundation of success. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for managing the team and store operations during your shift, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and maintaining the high standards of food safety and quality that Panda is known for. The role also demands physical stamina and the ability to manage some physically demanding tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with kitchen equipment in a busy setting.

Joining Panda Restaurant Group as a Shift Lead means becoming a vital part of a team that values diversity, equal opportunity, and inclusion. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, embracing individuals from all backgrounds and ensuring that all employees receive fair treatment and accommodations where needed. The organization complies fully with ADA regulations and fosters a supportive workplace environment where employees can thrive. This role is well-suited to individuals eager to build a career in the restaurant industry, develop leadership capabilities, and contribute to a flourishing company with a strong reputation and a growing network. With a commitment to employee development and community impact, Panda offers an enriching and rewarding work experience that goes well beyond the kitchen doors.
