As a Shift Leader at Panda, you play a crucial leadership role in bringing the company’s mission alive within the restaurant setting. Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Prior operations or food service experience preferred
- Must obtain local or municipal Food Handler certification at own expense
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot kitchen environments
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environment
