Shift Leaders play a crucial leadership role within the team by supporting restaurant management and fostering a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests. Job Requirements
- some high school education
- prefer some operations experience
- food handler certification as per local/municipal requirements acquired at applicant's own expense
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- ability to reach across counters
- ability to work in hot, noisy environments
- ability to work quickly without losing accuracy
