Job Requirements

  • Kitchen experience required preferably in high-volume atmosphere
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food and alcohol certification as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • Must be able to read write and speak in English
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Ensuring guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality food preparation and presentation with strict recipe adherence
  • Preparing guest orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Supporting the success of the heart of house by maintaining proper food preparation and stock levels
  • Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
  • Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Handling kitchen equipment and tools responsibly
