Job Requirements
- Kitchen experience required preferably in high-volume atmosphere
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food and alcohol certification as required by state law
- Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Must be able to read write and speak in English
- Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Ensuring guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality food preparation and presentation with strict recipe adherence
- Preparing guest orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Supporting the success of the heart of house by maintaining proper food preparation and stock levels
- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness throughout all food preparation areas
- Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handling kitchen equipment and tools responsibly
