Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year cooking experience in a hospitality environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes
- oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
- inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- coordinate timing and plating, manage and direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, shift briefings and special features
- maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
