Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking experience in a hospitality setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings and handle complex recipes
- Oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Coordinate timing and plating, manage and direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory checks, ordering, shift briefings and some special features
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
