Job Description

Bally's Corporation is a leading global casino-entertainment company with a significant and expanding omni-channel presence. The company owns and operates 15 casinos across 10 U.S. states, along with a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado. Further enhancing its international footprint and diverse portfolio of entertainment options, Bally's recently acquired Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK. Bally's also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly known as Gamesys Group, which is a major international interactive gaming operator. The company's digital platforms include Bally Bet, an innovative sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. With a workforce of approximately 10,600 employees, Bally's casino operations feature about 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms, indicating a substantial scale of operations. Additionally, Bally's holds rights to develop land in Las Vegas following the closure of the Tropicana hotel and casino, positioning the company for future growth and development opportunities. In the near future, Bally's portfolio is expected to grow further through the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. This merger will add four casinos in three states, including entry into Iowa, expanding Bally's operational jurisdiction. It will bring in more than 900 employees and increase Bally's assets with approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. The merger also introduces Bally's as the successor to Queen's significant economic interest in a global lottery management and services company through an investment in Intralot S.A.
