Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within the kitchen, setting up and breaking down workstations, and ensuring compliance with organizational sanitation procedures. Monitoring food quality and portion sizes throughout your shift will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction.

The Ritz-Carlton values the Gold Standards—its foundational principles guiding every associate’s conduct and performance. This role encourages you to embody the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, fostering a supportive team environment where communication, positive relationships, and a commitment to excellence prevail.

Physically, this role requires the capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds, navigate varying surfaces, and sustain periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Attention to uniform standards and confidentiality of proprietary information are also crucial in maintaining the brand’s distinguished presence.

Joining The Ritz-Carlton means becoming part of a global team dedicated to luxury hospitality excellence. You will work in an environment that not only challenges you to deliver superior service but also supports you with opportunities for education, growth, and recognition.
