Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients by dividing, chopping, and storing before use
  • Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and correctly
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and personal hygiene policies
  • Monitor and report correct temperature of kitchen appliances and food
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas following hygienic procedures
  • Observe and maintain food quality and portion control during shifts
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of company information
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
  • Support team relationships and common goals
