Job Requirements

- previous cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings and execute complex recipes
- oversee kitchen stations, ensure quality control and conduct inventory checks
- inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure quality and presentation standards
- keep food service stations stocked, clean, and sanitary
- coordinate timing and plating, manage and direct cooks during shifts
- assist with inventory checks, ordering, shift briefings, and special culinary features
- maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
