Job Description

We are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join our dynamic Hotels team. This role is more than just preparing delicious hot food items; it is about embodying and spreading the warmth and light of hospitality to create memorable experiences for every guest. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, following precise recipes and quality standards, and efficiently managing guest orders to ensure their satisfaction. You will execute essential food preparation tasks including salads, side dishes, and basic breakfast items to support higher-ranked cooks in the kitchen. Quality assurance is key, as you will inspect plates before serving to maintain our high standards for presentation and taste.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace is critical in this role, requiring adherence to strict food handling, storage, and safety protocols. You will become proficient in using kitchen equipment and mastering recipes to keep operations running smoothly. Compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is essential to ensure the well-being of both our guests and team members.
