The Prep Cook will execute basic food preparation tasks such as making salads, sides, and basic breakfast items to assist chefs and higher-ranking cooks. Attention to detail in inspecting and finalizing plates before service is crucial to uphold our food quality and presentation. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations ensures the wellbeing of both guests and team members. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Prepare guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain a strong knowledge of basic prep work and simple cooking tasks such as salads, sides, basic breakfast to assist higher-ranked cooks
- Inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to ensure they meet quality and presentation standards
- Keep food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
- Master kitchen equipment and recipes
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
