The role being offered is a full-time Culinary team member position at the JW Marriott Detroit, located at 400 Renaissance Center, Detroit, Michigan. This non-management culinary position provides a competitive hourly wage of $21.03. The job requires flexible and open availability to support various shifts within the food and beverage department. The Culinary team member will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, cooking quality menu items timely, tasting food to ensure proper preparation and temperature, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in workstation and storage areas. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and the capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
