In partnership with Rouxbe Culinary School, the resort offers associates access to comprehensive online culinary training programs, allowing them to grow their careers with hundreds of well-designed, visually engaging lessons. This initiative exemplifies the resort's commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Culinary associates at Marriott have the chance to work with seasonal menus and unique presentations, pushing creativity and expertise in food preparation.
The role entails preparing fresh ingredients following recipes, cooking premium menu items promptly, ensuring food quality and safety through proper preparation and temperature control, hygienic handling of kitchen equipment and storage, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the workspace.
