Job Description

Hilton Hotels is a globally renowned hospitality company recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences through its portfolio of world-class hotels and resorts. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for hospitality, Hilton stands as a leader in the lodging industry, welcoming more than 3 billion guests worldwide. Known for its award-winning workplace culture, Hilton is celebrated for creating an environment where team members thrive, supported by comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. The company prides itself on its core values that emphasize hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a strong focus on present excellence.

Joining Hilton’s Hotels team as a Station Cook means becoming a vital part of an operation that is dedicated not only to serving delicious food but also to creating memorable and warm guest experiences. This role involves preparing high-quality cold food items and maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. Station Cooks are expected to master advanced cooking techniques such as roasting, grilling, sauces, and plating, often working independently to manage their station. The role demands efficiency and multitasking in managing multiple orders and participating in training and minor supervisory duties.

The Station Cook at Hilton is much more than a culinary position; it is an opportunity to embody and spread the warmth of hospitality with every dish prepared and every guest interaction. Hilton supports its team members with outstanding benefits, including deeply discounted travel on stays at their hotels, stock purchase programs, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving assistance, crisis support, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and welfare plans. These benefits not only encourage personal well-being but also foster a rewarding and secure career path within one of the world’s best workplaces.

At Hilton, the commitment to excellence extends beyond guests to its team members, ensuring everyone has the tools and support necessary to succeed and grow. With a culture recognized repeatedly by Great Place to Work and Fortune, this role offers a meaningful career opportunity for those passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and delivering top-notch service. The Station Cook position is ideal for individuals who are eager to make an impact, develop advanced culinary skills, embrace responsibility and leadership, and contribute to an award-winning hospitality brand that values its employees as much as its guests.
