Job Requirements

  • a minimum of a high school diploma or ged
  • possession of a california food handler card within 30 days of hire or transfer
  • valid driver’s license
  • minimum of five years experience in food production
  • minimum of three years experience as a cook

Job Duties

  • comply with hospital and department policies and procedures

  • demonstrate and ensure quality service and food safe practices
  • maintain equipment and work areas in orderly and sanitary condition
  • demonstrate flexibility during and in-between heavy workload periods
  • perform other duties as assigned
