The Production Pastry Cook II must also contribute to positive employee and guest relations by presenting a neat and professional appearance, exhibiting commitment to guest service excellence, and demonstrating ethical conduct in all duties. The role may sometimes require assistance in other kitchen areas across the casino to support the smooth and efficient operation of food services. Participation in periodic training sessions and meetings is expected to stay updated on best practices and company policies. While this position does not involve the sale, service, or distribution of alcoholic beverages, it does require the possession of a valid gaming license due to the casino environment.
