Physical demands include manual dexterity for food preparation, lifting heavy pans up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods, often in hot and noisy kitchen environments. The work schedule is flexible, covering evenings, days, weekends, holidays, and event shifts, fitting well with diverse personal schedules.
