The Sycuan enterprise showcases a blend of rich tradition and modern business acumen, thriving in different sectors while keeping the communal spirit alive. Known for fostering a supportive and family-like atmosphere, the Sycuan community values teamwork, respect, and excellence.
This established and forward-thinking organization offers a unique career opportunity for those passionate about culinary arts. The role of Cook II is crucial within the Food & Beverage division, where you will report directly to the designated venue Sous Chef. This position is an hourly role that requires dedication to preparing both specialty and standard menu items consistent in taste, quality, and presentation according to approved recipes and culinary methods.
