Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and prepare meals consistently
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special or catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on account business necessities and client requirements
