The Cook II position at ASM Global is a critical role within the company's culinary division, responsible for supporting the daily cooking operations both on-site and at off-premises locations. This role works closely under the supervision of culinary management, assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards are met to provide exceptional food service during events. The Cook II is expected to help with the preparation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), which are essential for managing catered events successfully.
