Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related culinary work experience preferred
  • Ability to work afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Capable of following basic recipes and directions
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

  • Ability to follow recipes and product preparation directions

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
