Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work weekdays during morning and afternoon/evening shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • strong communication skills
  • commitment to workplace safety and food handling standards

  • 3 to 4 years of related cooking experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • read and follow recipes and product directions to ensure consistency
  • operate grill station and serve customers at an a la carte station
  • support management with daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
  • attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably
  • maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business and client needs
