Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3-4 years of related work experience preferred
Ability to work mornings, afternoons, some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
Capacity to support a healthy, safe working environment
Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and food safety protocols

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Perform additional duties as assigned based on client and business needs
