The work environment promotes flexible scheduling to accommodate life’s important moments, ongoing training opportunities for career advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees and their families. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) plans, employee discount programs, and may also include location-specific perks such as free shift meals, uniforms, safety shoes, transportation assistance, and parking.

Joining Sodexo as a Cook II means becoming part of a company with a clear purpose to improve lives and communities through exceptional service.
