Working varied shifts with an preference for open availability, the Cook II supports multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold foods, adhering to recipes and product directions, potentially serving customers in an a la carte or grill station capacity, and occasionally assisting management with daily operational tasks. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Physical ability to perform cooking duties

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, may include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- May support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
