Job Requirements

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Must be able to stand for full shift
  • Employee must be able to qualify for required licenses and permits
  • Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training

Job Qualifications

  • Apprentice for Certification preferred
  • Knowledge and ability to use all kitchen tools and equipment
  • Ability to identify all products used in kitchen operation
  • Ability to recognize spoiled or questionable products
  • Ability to read, comprehend and execute recipes
