As a Regular Full-Time Cook II at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, you will be an integral member of the culinary team, contributing directly to the creation and presentation of high-quality meals across the resort's outlets.   • High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow all food safety standards
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with team members about menu items, challenges, and shortages
  • Contribute positively to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment
  • Manage daily operations of an assigned station, including mise en place, par levels, and cleanliness
  • Prepare consistent, high-quality meals for all outlets in line with production and quality standards
  • Follow Four Seasons food standards, recipes, and plating guidelines
  • Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment
  • Assist with menu development and preparation of specials while avoiding overproduction
  • Label, date, rotate, and store all food items according to food safety policies
  • Ensure timely and efficient food service to guests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
