Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living sector
- Basic knife skills
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) system
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler certificate if not already certified
- Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process
- Valid and current driver’s license where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience within a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred

- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure its proper usage
- Support kitchen attendant duties as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
