As a certified minority-owned company, SodexoMagic delivers exceptional food, facilities management, and integrated services tailored to a diverse range of sectors including corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, as well as aviation lounges. This strategic alliance combines the strengths of Magic Johnson Enterprises and SodexoMagic, Inc. to offer creative, community-driven solutions to their clients, ensuring quality and excellence in every service provided. The company prides itself on valuing diversity, inclusion, and fostering a workplace where employees are respected, treated fairly, and encouraged to bring their full, authentic selves to work. SodexoMagic’s commitment to equal employment opportunities underscores its focus on embracing individuals from all backgrounds and creating a thriving, supportive environment for all team members.

As a Cook II at SodexoMagic, located at the American Airlines Admirals Club in MCO, this full-time role offers an hourly wage of $20.25. The position involves working varying shifts with open availability preferred, offering a flexible schedule tailored to business needs. In this role, the Cook II will engage in accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items while following specific recipes and product directives. The position may also involve serving customers directly through a la carte services and operating grill stations, providing the opportunity to demonstrate versatility and culinary skill. Leadership support is also a valued part of the responsibilities, as the Cook II might assist management by overseeing key functions and employees during typical business operations.

SodexoMagic emphasizes a healthy and safe working environment where reliability and punctuality are critical to success. The company offers a strong support system through ongoing training and development, empowering individuals to grow their skills and advance their careers. Benefits such as paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401k plans, employee discount programs, and more contribute to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of employees and their families. Additional site-specific perks may include shift meals, allowances or per diems, uniforms, safety shoes, and transportation or parking support.

Joining SodexoMagic means becoming part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence, respect, and inclusion. It’s a role that not only calls for culinary skills but also a desire to make a meaningful impact through exceptional service and teamwork.
