Candidates with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience are preferred. The company fosters employee growth through ongoing training, development, and advancement opportunities, turning jobs into meaningful careers. The benefits package supports the holistic wellbeing of employees and their families, featuring medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plans. Certain locations may also offer site-specific perks such as free meals during shifts, uniforms, safety shoes, transportation assistance, and parking.

By joining Sodexo as a Cook II, you become part of a mission-driven organization that cherishes diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for all employees.
