Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to four years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including rotating weekends
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • Three to four years of related cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work as a reliable and adaptable team member
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Experience working in fast-paced culinary environments
  • Knowledge of food preparation and portion control
  • Commitment to supporting a healthy and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees during normal business hours
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste through efficient preparation and portioning
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
