Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
- Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently
- Follow basic recipes and product directions for food preparation
- Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or grill stations
- Support management with daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with reliability
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
