We are currently looking to add a skilled Cook II to our talented culinary team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role pivotal to maintaining the high standards for which Evolution Hospitality is known. As Cook II, you will be the cornerstone of kitchen operations across multiple outlets, including the restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet services. Your role will involve preparing and supervising food with precision, ensuring every dish satisfies stringent quality, portioning, and presentation benchmarks. Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in culinary roles or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • Strong communication skills with active listening to understand and address concerns of coworkers and guests
