- Intermediate knowledge of production and operations in kitchen areas
- Familiar with proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and machinery
- Hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and present food items following specifications and accommodating special guest requests
- Rotate food in coolers and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage
- Maintain internal cleanliness of coolers and freezers to meet Health Department standards
- Assist in ordering food supplies as directed
- Direct and correct the presentation and portioning of food according to standards
- Set up hot or cold line stations following specifications
- Communicate guest requests to supervisors in a timely and professional manner
- Promote and comply with all policies and procedures of Temecula Creek Inn
- Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times
- Practice safe work habits to avoid injury
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of equipment
- Attend all mandatory meetings as directed
- Perform other tasks including cross-training as needed
