Job Duties

  • Prepare and present food items following specifications and accommodating special guest requests
  • Rotate food in coolers and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage
  • Maintain internal cleanliness of coolers and freezers to meet Health Department standards
  • Assist in ordering food supplies as directed
  • Direct and correct the presentation and portioning of food according to standards
  • Set up hot or cold line stations following specifications
  • Communicate guest requests to supervisors in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote and comply with all policies and procedures of Temecula Creek Inn
  • Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid injury
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and proper use of equipment
  • Attend all mandatory meetings as directed
  • Perform other tasks including cross-training as needed
