As a Cook II, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting nutritious and delicious meals across multiple meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. Your duties will include accurately preparing and cooking food items according to recipes, managing portion control, and presenting dishes with attention to quality and appearance. You may also be involved in food service operations such as operating grill stations or preparing à la carte items, contributing directly to an excellent customer experience.

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
