Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3-4 years of related culinary experience preferred
  • Open availability for varying shifts on weekdays
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and food safety
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product preparation directions
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees as needed
  • Attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
  • Foster a healthy and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
