The position of Cook II at SodexoMagic located at SALUSCARE COLONIAL plays a fundamental role in the daily operations of preparing and serving nutritious, high-quality meals to various clients. This full-time role offers a pay range of $17 to $21 per hour and demands dedication and flexibility, as work shifts vary, and open availability is preferred. The Cook II will be more than just a preparer of meals; they become an essential team player in reducing food waste and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and culinary expertise.

In this role, the Cook II is responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of a variety of food items, covering different meal periods such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special or catered events. This requires the ability to read and follow recipes or product directions closely, supporting meal consistency and quality. The role may include operating a grill station or serving customers at an a la carte setup, showcasing both culinary skills and customer engagement abilities.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
