Job Requirements
- previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- at least 5 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- food handlers certification required must comply with state requirements
- able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- a strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

- share information effectively and address concerns from co-workers and guests with professionalism and clarity
- keep the kitchen spotless and well-organized always meeting sanitation and safety standards
- take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise keeping service seamless
- manage time wisely to ensure food preparation and service are prompt and on point
