Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or culinary arts
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare appetizers, salads, banquet items, and a la carte dishes
- set up and service one a la carte station per shift
- assist with banquet preparation and production
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
