Job Description

Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain Washington Food Safety Card within 3 days of hiring
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Some culinary outlets require intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability
- Ability to work in various venues and locations
- Willingness to learn and grow as a culinary professional
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in kitchen operations
- Basic knife skills
- Basic understanding of food sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Basic knowledge of FIFO and food storage procedures
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and chef guidance on stations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned station and kitchen
- Prepare and serve high quality food and beverage products according to standard operating procedures
- Adhere to all safety and food sanitation regulations
- Develop positive public image of assigned outlet and Crystal Mountain Resort
- Learn and develop culinary techniques under Chef supervision
- Support back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service
